The spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iran, Ebrahim Zolfaqari, has issued a stern warning, saying any attack on Iranian civilian institutions, infrastructure or citizens will cause serious consequences in the Middle East region....WATCH THE VIDEO.

Zolfaqari said that if any Iranian civilian institution, property or any citizen loses their life due to the attacks, the situation could lead to increased tensions and spark major unrest in the region.

The statement came after US President Donald Trump threatened to attack some key sites in Iran, including civilian institutions, energy infrastructure and bridges, a move that has increased tensions between the two countries.

As the tension continues, Iran has reportedly launched missile and drone attacks on the US military base of Al Salem in Kuwait, where American troops are stationed.
