Situation Still Fragile: US Completes New Wave of Attacks on Iran, CENTCOM Breaks Silence

The US military, through the US Central Command (CENTCOM), has announced that the second wave of strikes against Iran has been completed after the operation that began at 8:00 pm UK time.

According to the official statement, the attacks targeted Iranian military command centers, air defense systems, missile and drone capabilities, as well as coastal surveillance infrastructure. The action is part of a broader operation carried out by the US against Iranian military targets.

According to CENTCOM, this second wave lasted much longer than the initial strikes that took place on Wednesday morning.

The first operation lasted only about ninety minutes, while the subsequent ones involved extended attacks on various locations identified as being of strategic importance. The statement did not provide the number of strikes carried out or the extent of damage caused to the targeted areas. READ FULL STORY HERE.
