BREAKING: Armed Attack on Primary School Sparks Panic in Torit County as Gunfire Forces Pupils to Flee

Fear and confusion gripped Tirangore Primary School in Torit County on Wednesday morning after armed attackers reportedly opened fire near the school compound while lessons were underway, sending terrified pupils and teachers running for safety.

According to local sources, four heavily armed youths launched the attack close to the school as children were attending classes. 

The sudden sound of gunfire sparked panic throughout the compound, with teachers rushing to evacuate pupils to safer areas as the violence unfolded nearby. 

Although the incident caused widespread fear, no pupils, teachers, or other school staff were injured.

Witnesses described scenes of chaos as children abandoned their classrooms and fled in different directions while educators worked quickly to account for every learner. 

The frightening ordeal forced school authorities to suspend learning activities and temporarily close the school to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
